The moment where reality falls apart.

Not to die . . . . . to become.

G4RDN OF EDEN lives in the soft collapse. In the moment the petal drops and meets the soil. In the space between what you were and what the deconstruction is making you. My art doesn’t fight the decomposition, it listens to what the decay is producing.

Decay is not the opposite of growth. It’s the condition for it. The forest floor knows this. The endless circle that feeds all living things back into itself knows this. The version of you that had to break apart knows this too.

I started making music because I needed somewhere to put what was falling apart in me. Not to fix it. Not to rush it toward resolution. Just to let it be witnessed — to give the breaking its own sound. I found that when I stopped resisting the collapse and started composing inside myself, something else emerged. Something truer than the thing I was trying to hold together.

This is why I create: because the mess is not the obstacle to the art. The mess is the material. Every song is compost. Every lyric, a spore.

Eden in Decay is not a metaphor for ruin. It’s a record of what happens after. When the soft, dark, quiet work begins. When something nutrient-rich starts to form in the wreckage.

This is transformation music. Not the triumphant after — the humid, uncertain during.

I make this for anyone who has ever been told to heal faster, move on, get over it. For anyone still in the middle of something that doesn’t have a name yet. You don’t have to be okay. You just have to be here.

Come sit in the dirt. Something is growing.
